This is an ordinance amending the Pesco County comprehensive plan uh providing for a comprehensive fund amendment to the future land use map from AG agricultural and AGR agricultural rules to PD plan development on approximately 156 acres on the north side of state road 52 uh6 mile east of the intersection of state 52 and US 41. The request before the board today is to continue the item to the February 17, 2026 BCC meeting at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as say may be heard in Newport Richie. Uh, do you have a motion?

1:15Item P-53 was published in the Tampa Bay Times on January 7th, 2026 and January 14th, 2026. Good afternoon. Joshua Alen Crafton, Real Property Division. The real property team has reviewed the petition submitted by Susan and Steven Rogers, Stacy and Jamie Mills, Joshua and Sylvia Leno, requesting the vacation of a platted rideway. [clears throat] The purpose of the requested vacation is to allow the petitioner Susan and Steven Rogers to obtain clear title to their property. All adjacent property owners have joined the petition and intend to adjust and unify their lot lines resulting in an increase to their overall property size. [snorts] No objections were received regarding this request and the real property team recommends approval.

This is the clinic that is down in Newport Richie by the aquatic center that doesn't charge much for any services. There's all volunteer and if people don't have money, they still take care of them and they want to run a thing. And I just want to wave the fees. I have a motion.
