Board of County Commissioners · Afternoon Session
05.05.2020 Pasco BOCC Virtual Meeting (Afternoon Session)
Tue, May 5, 2020
The board approved a 4-0 vote on a substantial modification to the Starkey Ranch MPUD, canceling a prior transportation development agreement and incorporating road construction requirements for Lake Blanche Drive and the East Rangeland Boulevard extension, with Commissioner Starkey abstaining due to a conflict of interest. An ordinance expanding the Pasco County Municipal Fire Services district to include Central Hills passed unanimously, as did a small-scale comp plan amendment converting 4.86 acres on Starkey Boulevard from residential to commercial use. Several items, including a rezoning near Little Lake Thomas for 218 townhomes by N&Z Corporation and a communications facilities ordinance, were continued to June meetings.
