“county line road is a very opportune area that could develop very well for us if we start planning now for it”

“i would want to do all we can to keep those kind of warehouses those kind of jobs coming into pasco county and providing for the citizens of pasco county”

“within the next few months we'll start seeing like 5 million square foot of warehouse and jobs importing jobs and jobs that pay more will be coming to the east pasco county area”

“if you move into a neighborhood you should be familiar there's an airport next to it or it's in with a certain amount of distance and then come back later and say well this noise is bothering me well that's on you”
